These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of phxagile.com (the “Site”), operated by PHX Agile LLC (“PHX Agile,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Service Engagements

The Site is an information resource. It is not, by itself, an offer to perform services. Any consulting, development, staffing, or training engagement with PHX Agile will be governed by a separate written agreement (a statement of work, master services agreement, or order form) signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between content on the Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and software — is owned by PHX Agile or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
